"THE UGANDA INTELLIGENCE DOSSIER"

It seems that in our history, the security agencies instead of protecting us and ensuring national security have instead been used to torture, kill, and illegally spy on us.

Museveni has taken it to the limits by using CMI (Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence) not to do army work but to rig elections and bring bogus court cases against innocent citizens like Dr. Besigye. Thousands of our fellow Ugandans have been tortured and killed by these criminal organs.

Otherwise lawful and legitimate security agencies have been perverted and turned into criminal organisations, leaving Ugandan citizens defenceless and insecure.

Therefore, we must rise up against them in the best way possible. This is by exposing as many of these secret informers and operatives as we can.

An intelligence organization can only work best by having as much secrecy as possible. You can see in America that even when they recently exposed the identity of only one woman, Valerie Plame Wilson, the CIA has been shaken.

So we must cause the collapse of the brutal regime of dictator Museveni by exposing all his security operatives, from the top officials to the woman who sits near Owino Market and pretends to be selling groundnuts.

We request patriotic Ugandans all over the world to send us the names of "dirty spies" - people you know who work as undercover operatives and officers for either ISO, ESO, CMI, or State House.

If you know of any deadly missions they performed against Ugandan citizens, all the better. Let us pay them in their own medicine.
