CIA checked Museveni's health in Washington

Radio Katwe was sent a tip last week on the health of President Yoweri Museveni, saying what many people know but cannot utter in public, that the man is HIV-positive and has suffered from Manic Depressive mental illness (or bipolar disorder) since he was in Ntare School.
[ There is of course nothing wrong or strange about being ill or HIV positive. But the health of the chief executive is the concern of all Ugandans -Ed.]

During his trip to America in July last year, the CIA was trying to establish he truth about the reports they were getting on Museveni's health.

They set up a way of getting it. They fitted a special basin on the sewerage system at the hotel he was staying in Washington DC. When Museveni retired to his hotel room for the night, of course he used the toilet and flushed the water.

The water went straight into the basin fixed there by the CIA and it was quickly taken to the CIA lab at their headquarters to be analysed.

The CIA was able to prove that M7 is HIV-positive.

The American embassy in Kampala cannot comment on that incident but many western diplomats have taken interest in the story on Radio Katwe.com

When Museveni was a student in Ntare School in 1964, senior two or three, he wore a hat to class one morning and students were not allowed to wear hats in class.

The white man who was Museveni's teacher took off the hat from Museveni's head and put it on the ehad of his Alsatian dog which was resting in the classroom.

Museveni got so angry and decided to go to the school kitchen. He returned with a knife and went straight to the teacher's dog and stabbed it.

He would have been expelled and arrested, but at that time he was helped and given protection by his former teacher and benefactor, Mr. Boniface Byanyima, who intervened.

That was when Ntare students frist saw the mental illness which Mr. Museveni apparently inherited from his mother.

The latest news in Kampala is that President Museveni is scared by what Radio Katwe is reporting and he has asked MTN and other Internet Service Providers to find ways of blocking the site.

So far the site has been blocked from UTL subscribers but many people in Uganda are able to visit the site. Someone send an e-Valentine's card to Radio Katwe saying "We are praying for you."

Efforts by ISO, ESO and CMI to disable the site have failed so far.

Question: If what we publish are fabrications, why doesnt someone want you to hear them? All lies eventually collapse under their own weight right?
Continue to watch this space.

This is general to all African leaders. some issues couldnt be movng at this terrible speed, but because most African leaders like clinging on power for along period hence leaders remain victims of exposure.Michael
